$18.50/hour About Our Client Our client is a precision manufacturing company specializing in custom cutting and fabrication solutions for diverse industries. Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rotary Prep Technician to support rotary cutting operations in a production environment. In this role, you will prepare materials, set up tooling, and assist with part preparation to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hands-on tools and computer systems, and able to maintain accuracy in a busy manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Open, review, and adjust job files within the computer system Prepare rotary dies using hand tools, drills, pinching tools, and mallets Clean, deburr, and organize parts for final processing Follow production instructions with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Follow all quality and safety procedures during daily tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or machine operation preferred Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Ability to use measuring tools such as digital calipers Ability to lift 20-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and manual work throughout the shift Use of PPE such as safety glasses and gloves is required About Us At The Vision Companies, we go beyond matching skills to job descriptions.
