Precision Grinder -- All Shifts

Precision Grinder (Centerless & CNC) We are seeking skilled Precision Grinders to join our team across all three shifts. Whether you are an up-and-coming machinist or a Master Grinder, we have a place for your expertise. You will be working with industry-leading equipment, including Cincinnati, Studer, and Drake machines, to produce high-tolerance components. Compensation & Experience Levels Entry Level (1-2 Years Experience): $25.00 - $30.00 / hr Master Level (5-10+ Years Experience): $30.00 - $40.00 / hr

Available Shifts First Shift:

6am-2:30pm

Monday-Friday Second Shift:

2:00 pm-10:30pm

Monday-Friday Third Shift:

10:00 pm-6:30am

Sunday-Thursday Key Requirements Machine Expertise:

Proven experience setting up and operating Cincinnati (Centerless), Studer, and/or Drake grinding machines.

Technical Precision:

Ability to hold tight tolerances (often ±.0001") and perform mid-process adjustments.

Blueprint Reading:

Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications.

Tooling:

Experience dressed wheels (diamond/vitrified) and selecting appropriate speeds/feeds for various alloys.

Master Level Candidates:
