$33.00•$38.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Guaranteed Overtime:
Consistent 50•60 hour work weeks (Time-and-a-half after 40) •
Weekly Gross Income:
$1,895•$2,565 / week;

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Fabricate & Assemble:
Set up and operate manual and CNC machinery (mills, lathes, EDM) to machine parts, then assemble, dowel, and bolt dies.
Build Precision Tooling:
Work from blueprints to build and fine-tune progressive dies, stage tooling, blanking dies, and compound tools.
Troubleshoot & Test:
Install dies to confirm performance, troubleshoot assembly issues, and perform preventative maintenance to keep production running flawlessly.
Log Work:
Track time and materials utilizing JobBoss software.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 to 7+ years of experience in a precision machining or tool room environment. (Mid-level machinists looking to step up into high-level toolmaking are highly encouraged to apply!) Solid ability to interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T principles. Basic understanding of tool steel properties, machining, and basic troubleshooting. Must possess your own standard personal measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
