Job Description

We are a small precision sheet metal shop looking to hire for a Shop Helper position.
Primary Duties Include:
Drilling, tapping, and countersinking Installing hardware using a Haeger hardware press Shearing, deburring, and general part prep Basic shop support as needed
Requirements:
Comfortable using a drill press and standard hand tools Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Schedule & Work Environment:
Four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday Air‑conditioned shop
