As a Tool and Die Maker I, you'll be hands-on in building, assembling, and maintaining stamping dies that keep our production running efficiently. You'll operate manual machines, manufacture simple die components, and work with a skilled team to ensure our tooling meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Life:

Safely operate manual machines (knee mill, surface grinder, lathe, drill press) to craft and refine tooling components Manufacture and assemble simple die components, grinding, polishing, and aligning for proper fit and function Perform sharpening, repairs, and preventative maintenance on existing tooling Inspect dies and components to confirm accuracy and conformance to specifications Smooth and finish die parts for high-quality performance Carry out shaping and forming operations to achieve precise part geometry Collaborate with supervisors and designers on improvements and document changes Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards You're a

Preferred Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in tool & die making preferred 0-2 years of experience in tool & die making or related manufacturing processes Familiarity with CAD software for tool design and modifications Experience with manual machining, assembly, and inspection

Physical Requirements:
