PROMAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a leading manufacturing company in Arnold, MO. This role is ideal for a highly skilled trades professional who excels in precision machining, tooling repair, and die/mold troubleshooting in a fast‑paced production environment.

$23.00

50 per hour (starting pay may exceed max based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Comply with all safety practices and procedures; verify equipment safety before operating. Use traditional tool room hand tools—files, scrapers, grinders—to final‑fit or repair tooling efficiently and to standard. Analyze measured prints and construct tooling components such as punches, pins, die sections, and more. Operate standard tool room equipment including: Lathes Mills Grinders N.C. machines Drills Shaper EDM TIG welding equipment Work closely with manufacturing personnel to build, modify, or debug production dies/molds to ensure safe operation and consistent part quality. Use precision measuring equipment commonly found in tool rooms and inspection areas. Understand stamping materials, tensile strength, ductility, spring‑back, tonnage, and spring travel. Apply knowledge of die protection electronics, die setup procedures, and proper operation. Operate power lift trucks and cranes safely. Comply with the LMC Export Compliance Manual. Compensation:

Minimum Starting Salary:

$23.00/hr

Maximum Starting Salary:
