We are committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and delivering exceptional products to our customers. Our team takes pride in producing barrels that meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Barrel Technician to join our production team. This role is critical in the manufacturing process, ensuring that each barrel meets strict quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities All Barrel Techs start in the barrel lapping area to learn company standards, and build skills in rifle barrel manufacturing. Operate and maintain barrel manufacturing equipment, including lathes, rifling machines, and finishing tools Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred Experience in machining, gunsmithing, or manufacturing is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Comfortable working with precision tools and equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Skills CNC machining experience Firearms or barrel manufacturing knowledge Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training
