Do you enjoy working with your hands, building things, and using tools in a workshop setting? At Hanger Clinic, you'll put those skills to meaningful use by fabricating custom orthotic and prosthetic devices that help people move, work, and live better. In this role, you'll work in a small shop environment (not an exam room) using tools you already know—band saws, drill presses, heat guns, routers, and other hand tools—to build, adjust, and repair devices alongside a supportive clinical team. Since this role is focusing heavily on the fabrication process, hand skills and familiarity with hand tools is necessary. What You'll Do Fabricate and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices using hand and power tools Work from measurements, casts, and clinician instructions Order materials and help manage shop inventory What We're Looking For Experience with small hand tools and/or fabrication Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude High school diploma or GED (required) Why This Role Use your craftsmanship to make a real impact on patients' lives Stable, hands-on work with opportunities to learn a specialized trade Competitive pay, bonuses, and full benefits Paid holidays, PTO, 401(k), parental leave, and more
