Job Description

Own the process. Deliver precision. We're looking for a hands-on technician who thrives on keeping multi-spindle and automatic screw machines running at peak performance while producing parts that pass stringent quality checks. What you'll do Run assigned screw machines and related equipment to meet daily output goals. Perform intermediate troubleshooting and make machine adjustments to maintain tolerance and surface finish. Read/interpret blueprints and job instructions to execute setups and inspections correctly. Use intermediate measuring instruments to validate dimensions and document results. Complete all required production and quality records accurately and on time. Uphold 5S—keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized. Comply with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and perform other related tasks as assigned. What you bring 2-5 years of experience in screw machining or a closely related machining role. Ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve moderately complex issues. Clear written and verbal communication; sound math skills for shop calculations. Competence with gaging tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators. A comprehensive understanding of the machining process and workflow. Physical demands and environment Repeated lifting and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Standing for long durations; frequent bending and stooping. Manual dexterity for handling small parts.
