Job Description
Tool & Die Maker A leading manufacturer in the Tri-Cities area is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker. This position offers a unique combination of custom tool building, die repair, CNC machining, troubleshooting, and precision craftsmanship. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with both modern CNC equipment and traditional toolmaking techniques, and taking pride in producing high-quality work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Position Summary & Responsibilities Build, repair, troubleshoot, and service stamping dies, tooling, fixtures, gauges, jigs, and custom machine components. Read and interpret blueprints, prints, sketches, and technical drawings to plan and execute machining operations. Perform precision fitting, assembly, and machining work to close tolerances (±.001"). Set up and operate tool room equipment, including CNC and manual machinery. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying tooling enhancements and collaborating with engineering and production teams.
