You unpack your toolkit, study the print, align portable equipment, and bring worn or damaged assets back into tolerance—often within ±0.010—so production can keep moving. PTO, 11 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. What You'll Do Bring manual machining expertise to dynamic client sites—this is not a shop position. Hold tight tolerances (±0.010) in demanding field conditions. Set up, operate, and maintain specialized portable machining equipment. Interpret blueprints and collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver custom solutions. Champion quality and safety standards on every assignment. What You Bring 5+ years of manual and/or field machining experience. Hands-on skill with Bridgeport knee mills and manual engine lathes . Fluency in blueprint/mechanical drawing interpretation and GD&T . Mastery with micrometers and precision inspection tools. Basic rigging competence and safe power tool operation. Deep knowledge of cutting tools, materials, speeds, and feeds. Resourceful troubleshooting and the ability to adapt on the fly. High school diploma or
GED/HSED
required; Journeyman or technical degree preferred. Certifications & Logistics OSHA 10 certification. Valid driver's license. IPM Overhead Crane Training certification. Forklift training and valid license. Frequent travel (including some weekends); comfortable using mobile apps for time and expenses. Core Proficiencies Manual machining skills
