Your craftsmanship fuels products used in demanding aerospace and defense environments — and you share in the success you create. The mission Transform complex prints into precise reality on advanced 4- and 5-axis mills. You'll plan toolpaths and setups, prove out code, and hold tight tolerances across metals and composites — all while documenting work so the next operation flows seamlessly. How you'll contribute Read routed instructions, manufacturing plans, blueprints, and take verbal direction with moderate supervision Plan setups and select tooling per setup sheets for each CNC program Verify quality using a range of handheld precision instruments Author, read, and edit G- and M-code at the machine Upload/download programs at the control Complete routers as operations finish before moving parts onward Shifts and differentials 1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 10-hour days starting at 5:30 a.m. (50 hours/week with OT) 2nd
Shift:
