Description The position would be first shift, M-F 6:45-3:15. We manufacture steel rule cutting dies and related tooling and this position would involve making those tools. This job would involve finishing of steel rule dies using hand operated tooling and benders, inserting the bent steel into a base board, and adding ejection rubber to the die if required. We are willing to train someone in this field but carpentry, machining, mechanical work or something similar would be helpful as a baseline. Ability to read a tape measure, understand basic math, and the ability to work with your hands are requirements. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required. Salary is hourly and would likely be in the $18-$20 per hour range to start, depending on experience. We do offer health insurance, paid vacation and holidays as well as a retirement plan.
