Responsibilities Configure and run Mitsubishi Wire EDM and Makino RAM EDM equipment to produce intricate, tight-tolerance parts. Analyze technical blueprints and setup documentation to optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency. Refine NC programming to improve cycle times, surface finishes, and overall process reliability. Perform rigorous quality inspections to ensure every component meets strict engineering specifications.
