Saxonburg, PA Join Our Team as a Tool & Die Maker today! Are you a skilled Tool & Die Maker passionate about precision craftsmanship? We are seeking experienced professionals to support manufacturing operations by building, repairing, and maintaining high-precision dies and tooling used in ceramic production. This crucial role ensures the efficiency, quality, and reliability of our clients' manufacturing processes, making a real impact in a dynamic industrial environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in tool and die making Expertise in manufacturing and maintaining various dies, including ceramic pressing, pierce, punching, form, and drawing dies Proficiency in operating all types of machine tools with high accuracy (.0005 tolerances) Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery Skilled in bench work, die assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting Strong diagnostic and repair skills for all tool components Capable of performing scheduled maintenance and quality inspections Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working with carbon steel, tool steel, carbide, and copper tungsten materials Familiarity with heat treating, sand blasting, and finishing techniques Ability to instruct and mentor other team members in tool and die operations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Four or more years of dedicated tool and die making experience Relevant technical education or certifications in machining or manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory)
