• 31 per hour + Overtime + Performance Bonus Full-Time | 40+ Hours Per Week Rollos Tires & Wheels is hiring a Wheel Repair Team Lead to elevate our wheel repair department to the highest quality standards in Houston.

This is a hands-on leadership role . You will work directly on wheels while setting the standard for polishing, powder coating, welding, straightening, and CNC coordination. We are building something serious — and we are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to lead by example. Compensation $27

• 31 per hour (based on experience) Overtime paid at 1.5x Quarterly performance bonus opportunity Consistent 40+ hours per week Long-term growth opportunity Estimated yearly earnings: $62,000
• 80,000+ with overtime and bonus Schedule Monday

• Friday:

  8:30am
• 5:30pm Saturday rotation required Overtime available.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality powder coating and polishing Oversee welding and straightening quality Coordinate CNC machining for proper finish and fitment Inspect completed wheels before delivery Implement and enforce quality control standards Reduce rework and comeback rates Train and mentor technicians Improve workflow efficiency Maintain professional communication with front desk and management Help build systems and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

3+ years experience in wheel repair, powder coating, or refinishing Strong polishing and finish correction experience Welding and straightening experience preferred CNC wheel machining experience is a plus Understanding of prep, masking, curing times, and defect prevention Dependable and punctual Professional attitude Ability to work 40+ hours per week Leadership mindset and team-oriented
