PAY Comfortable Base + Commissions Overview We are seeking a skilled Compression Garment Mobile Fitter to join our team and provide expert fitting services across multiple locations, including Tyler, Longview, and Plano. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care, anatomy, and physiology, ensuring optimal compression therapy outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' recovery journeys by delivering professional, compassionate service directly at their homes or clinics. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine appropriate compression garment fitting requirements. Accurately apply ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding to document patient conditions and treatment plans. Provide exceptional patient service by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout the fitting process. Deliver precise fitting of compression garments while adhering to aseptic techniques to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology to customize fittings for individual patient needs. Educate patients on proper garment usage, care instructions, and potential benefits of compression therapy. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care delivery. Experience Experience in a clinical therapy or healthcare setting Licensed PT or OT is a huge plus (but not required) Comfortable with daily travel and working independently Compassionate, professional, and motivated personality Strong communication and patient care skills Prior experience in patient service or medical fitting roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with intake procedures and ICD coding practices for accurate documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
