Job Description Job Summary Insight Global is seeking experienced Tool Makers to join a team in Hampton, VA. This is a hands‑on role supporting the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of tooling used in high‑precision manufacturing. Tool Makers will work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment producing components for jet aircraft and industrial gas turbines. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $28.68/hour After 6 months: $31.86/hour Shift premium: $1.00/hour for off shifts Shifts available: 1st

Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•3:00 PM 2ndShift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•11:00PM Training:
1st shift (7:00 AM•3:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders) Fabricate, repair, and modify molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and tools Read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions Measure, inspect, and verify parts to tight tolerances Perform layout work, machining, fitting, and assembly Create or modify CAD models and support CAM programming Record production and inspection data as required Follow all safety, quality, and attendance policies We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
