Position Overview Preci Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Tool Maker / Machinist to support our tool room operations. This role is responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling, fixtures, and dies used in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong machining skills who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with production and engineering teams. Work involves a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, high-temp alloys, and plastics. • Build, assemble, and repair precision tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and process sheets
• Operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and presses
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools
• Use CAD/CAM software to support tool design and machining
• Support preventative maintenance and tooling repairs
• Coordinate and prioritize work within the tool room
• Partner with engineering on tooling design and process improvements

• 3+ years of toolmaking experience preferred (not required for strong candidates)
• 3+ years operating manual and CNC lathes and mills
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus
