Your Impact Key responsibilities include:
Configure and run manual equipment like grinders, milling machines, or lathes to produce parts that meet specific requirements. Help ensure production accuracy by marking, measuring, and scribing reference points to assist Tool & Die Makers with layout planning and assembly. Secure components in holding fixtures and utilize hand tools to assemble mechanisms, contributing to the overall efficiency of the assembly process. Ensure all finished products strictly adhere to quality standards by utilizing precision measurement tools. Support Tool and Die Makers and Tool Grinders in their daily operations to maintain workflow productivity. Maintain and organize the necessary measurement devices and work tools required for daily tasks. Complete additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Your Profile Essential Qualifications:
Completion of a high school diploma or GED, paired with two years of machining trade school and two years of relevant manufacturing or tool room experience, or an equivalent mix of training and work history. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting technical prints and applying Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards. Proven background in CNC programming. Candidates are required to possess valid authorization to work for any US employer, as we do not provide or assume sponsorship for employment visas.
