This role ensures all Sanitation department (Dish Room) task are completed effectively and efficiently. The Sanitation Supervisor leads all dish‑room operations, driving productivity, meeting KPIs, and ensuring all internal and external customer requirements are met.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of sanitation experience, preferably in the food industry High School Graduate (or Equivalent). Strong Food Safety background preferred. Must be able to lift 30+ lbs. Communicates effectively across all organizational levels; Spanish preferred. Action‑oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize. Team‑focused, personable, and dependable. Thrives in fast‑paced environments. Flexible with schedule and hours

Responsibilities:

Lead compliance with Air Fayre's safety and HACCP programs. Supervise all sanitation operations and equipment functionality. Deliver effective shift briefings and team direction. Train and develop new and current employees. Maintain accurate sanitation and food‑safety records. Oversee equipment disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.
