Chemical Engineer

A power generation company operating in wholesale energy markets is seeking a Chemical Engineer to lead critical engineering functions that support safe and reliable plant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing engineering and technical services supporting power generation operations
• Lead and manage chemistry and water treatment programs, to ensure regulatory compliances and system reliability
• Collaborate with operations, maintenenace, and leadership teams
• Drive continous improvement initiatives related to performance, safety, and cost efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in chemistry and water treatment, within a power plant or municipal utility setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
• Advanced knowledge of water treatment systems, chemistry control, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
