This pivotal role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of Laundry Processors. As a Production Lead, you will drive efficiency, uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols, and foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-produvtion while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and company standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily food production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals. Monitor sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe processing environment, including overseeing sanitation schedules and verifying compliance. Lead team members by providing training on safety protocols, machinery operation, packaging procedures, and safety practices. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify mechanical issues or sanitation concerns; coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of production logs, quality checks, incident reports, and sanitation records. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment. Support packaging operations by ensuring proper handling of materials and adherence to product specifications. Operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet all regulatory standards before release Lead and supervise the washroom to ensure the Washroom functions properly. Coordinate daily wash schedules. Maintain an understanding of all protocols, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment Conduct regular inspections of washrooms and address any issues promptly Implement safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and faults control measures Support management in developing efficient workflows to optimize cleaning operations and team productivity Qualifications Proven supervising or leadership experience in hospitality environments Strong background in commercial cleaning practices, and laundry operations Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and equipment use Experience managing teams within hotel, healthcare, or hospitality settings is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Demonstrated management skills with a focus on training, motivating, and developing staff Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us as a Production Lead where your leadership will drive excellence in cleanliness and customer satisfaction!
