We are looking for dedicated and motivated employees seeking full time and long term employement with growth opportunity. Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Water Treatment Service Technician and kick-start your career in the vital field of water treatment. This opportunity includes paid training while assisting our senior technicians. This paid apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals to develop essential skills in construction, plumbing, mechanical systems, and technical troubleshooting. You will gain practical knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment installation, and system repairs while contributing to the safety and efficiency of water systems. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and build a solid foundation in the water treatment industry. When and where 4(10) work schedule. 4 Days a week. 10 Hours a day Meet each morning at our shop location in Windsor. Candidate should live close for easy commute and
BE ON TIME EACH MORNING.
Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment equipment and systems on residential and commercial sites. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely to perform routine tasks on-site. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed to transport materials or equipment around construction sites. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or with heavy machinery; report hazards or issues promptly. Experience No prior professional experience required; a strong interest in the trades, plumbing, or mechanical work is preferred. Basic knowledge of construction site practices or hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools is a plus. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or mechanical systems is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided. Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to measurements and system specifications. Willingness to learn new skills such as plumbing repair and installation (PVC and copper pro-press) as well as basic electrical including wiring receptacles and low voltage diagnosis. Valid California driver's license with good record Demonstrated physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor safely. This apprenticeship is designed to provide comprehensive training in water treatment services while fostering your growth into a skilled technician.
