Full Job Description Description Summary :
Accountable for complex's waste water treatment facility and assists in other environmental compliance activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School diploma, GED or equivalent with technical skill training in the mechanical area Minimum of 2-4 years background experience in general industrial maintenance and/or waste water treatment facilities. General knowledge of machinery that applies to the industry. Must have background knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, welding and some PLC training Experience on driving Power Industrial Truck (forklift, skid steer, scissor lift, etc.) Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
Position Description:
Responsible for maintaining and operating a salt recovery system. Expertise in the operations of the wastewater treatment facility and the Federal/State/Local regulations governing the company's wastewater facility. Accountable for maintaining a compliant, effective and economical air and wastewater treatment system. Responsible for the record collection, record keeping and reporting requirements of all EPA / State/Local Government air and wastewater programs applicable to the complex, Ensures that all aspects of the company safety policy and procedures are adhered to in the direct and Advises superiors and other appropriate members of the engineering department of equipment failure or items requiring maintenance. Ensures the production department receive the prompt, efficient, and quality service required to operate at maximum efficiency The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
