As a Water Treatment & Filtration Sales & Service Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing water quality issues and delivering comprehensive solutions, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and specialty filtration. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with consultative sales, all within a supportive and growing company that values work-life balance, professional development, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct on-site water quality diagnostics and testing for residential and commercial clients to identify impurities such as hardness, iron, and acidity. Educate customers on water test results and provide clear, transparent recommendations for whole-house filtration, softeners, and drinking water systems. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards. Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service, including accurate invoicing and clear communication throughout the service process. Represent the company with integrity and a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Qualifications Experience in water treatment service and installation (such as water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, or carbon filters) or a strong plumbing background with water quality experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical water issues and guide customers toward the right solutions. Valid drivers license required. Water treatment certifications (such as WQA) or plumbing licensure are a plus. Professional, ethical, and customer-oriented, with a commitment to delivering a 5-star experience. Compensation Competitive base hourly wage (commensurate with experience) plus a rewarding sales incentive program, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
