Make an impact! Join Tradebe as a Wastewater Treatment Operator and play a key role in protecting the environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, are mechanically inclined, and are looking to build a career in industrial operations. You'll support a cleaner world by ensuring wastewater is treated safely and efficiently. Key Job Responsibilities Transfer wastewater from vehicles to storage tanks Move material between tanks and systems Operate clarifier and filter-press systems Collect and test samples using lab equipment Calibrate and inspect facility instruments Maintain accurate logs following OSHA requirements Comply with all safety and environmental procedures Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent work experience Comfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Willingness to obtain a Grade 1 Industrial Wastewater Treatment license (we'll help!) Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Forklift experience and pump knowledge are a plus A current state wastewater license is preferred but not required What's in for you?
