This position oversees crews, coordinates construction projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports safe and reliable system operations. Starting Salary; $77,771.53 per year, depending on experience
Minimum Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Ten (10) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience APWA experience and/or an associate degree in a related field preferred
Required Licenses or Certifications:
Distribution or Collection license GSWCC Level IB Advanced Fundamentals Course (Red Card) within 6 months of hire •Possession of a valid driver's license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. Commercial Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Supervise water/sewer construction, maintenance, and repair projects Oversee budgeting, payroll, and departmental expenditures Review plans, coordinate with contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain GIS mapping and ensure accurate work orders Provide technical support for water and wastewater plant operations Respond to customer issues and oversee field crews
