3rd Shift Waste Water Technician

Midnight - Noon ( Saturday - Monday)
Responsibilities:
Working in wastewater area for daily operational adjustments, equipment operations and recording data. Must be able to obtain an Iowa Grade 1 wastewater operator license within 18 months. Monitoring operating equipment & report any equipment problems. Recording equipment data. Help with lab testing Data entry of environmental data Operate sludge press General Housekeeping of Waste Water Plant area as is needed. Must be able to operate forklift as needed. Cover co-worker vacations as needed Work some holidays as needed (rotating with co-workers)
Qualification:
Good communication skills. Previous experience helpful, but not required. Mechanical skills General Math Skills Working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word for data entry Self-Motivator Able to work unsupervised as required Able to work outside year round as needed Able to climb stairs Good attendance record (Less than 3.0 points, for internal candidates) JBS offers a full range of benefits including health care, life insurance, and a 401 (K) plan.
