Description What You'll Do:
Supervision of Clean Up / Sanitation of the Plant Cleaning at the end of production
The Production Manager is a back-up for this position Paperwork Documentation of what has been cleaned and when Order Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies
Write & Update Cleaning Procedures for production lines
Manage and direct pest control program Vendor Relations Requirements for
Success:
4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent
Certified PCO, preferred
2-4 years' experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision
- food industry preferred
Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Computer proficient
- MS Office
Excellent Communication skills
- written & verbal
Problem solver
Able to make quick, but accurate decisions
Good leadership qualities
Self-Starter
Proactive
