Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM On-Call:
Rotation required Job Overview Remedy is hiring a reliable and mechanically inclined Wastewater Plant Operator to support daily operations of a wastewater treatment facility. This role involves monitoring equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems and equipment Read and interpret gauges, meters, and control panels Conduct routine inspections and record operational data Perform basic maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, and small mechanical components Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with corrective actions Maintain a safe and compliant work environment Participate in an on-call rotation schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Mechanically inclined with the ability to work on small mechanical parts Ability to read and understand gauges and operational data Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Work is performed in a wastewater treatment facility Exposure to outdoor conditions and varying weather Physical activity required (lifting, walking, climbing, etc.) What Remedy Offers Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card Medical and dental insurance options Retirement savings plan with company match Access to free online learning through Penn Foster Academy Referral bonuses If one day you want to retire with benefits, This is for you! .
