The typical hiring range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, and location. Work in a rapidly growing organization with opportunities for professional development and advancement. What's a typical day as Sanitation Supervisor? You'll be: Supervising and guiding staff to clean and sanitize production line equipment and facilities according to schedules and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). Implementing and maintaining sanitation procedures and training in compliance with the company's Sanitation Program. Monitoring employee performance and adherence to attendance policies, providing guidance and feedback as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Hold an Associate's degree in food science, microbiology, food safety, or a related field, with 3+ years in a QA or Sanitation role in a food manufacturing environment. Have 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred. Possess knowledge of microbiology, sanitation, chemical safety, and pest control, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
