Job Description

We're seeking a Wastewater Operator to support wastewater treatment plant operations and compost facility activities in Southbridge, MA. This role includes plant operations, equipment maintenance, laboratory testing, and emergency response support.
Pay:
$28.00- $30.00 per hour
DOE Key Qualifications:
  • Massachusetts CDL with Class (N) endorsement
  • Hoisting Engineer 2A or 2B license
  • Ability to respond onsite within 30 minutes during on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Wastewater operations experience or MA wastewater license preferred
What You'll Do:
  • Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems and equipment
  • Perform sampling, lab testing, and process control adjustments
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and support corrective actions
