About Us:
At New England Well & Pump Co, LLC, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality water solutions to our community. From complete well installations to advanced filtration and pump systems, we ensure our customers have clean, safe, and dependable water. We are growing and looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Westford, MA!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Well Water and Pump Filtration Technician . In this role, you will work hands-on to install, maintain, and service water filtration systems, pumps, and water tanks. No prior experience in water systems? No problem. While experience in the well or water industry is a massive plus, we are fully willing to train the right person who possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a valuable, lifelong trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with and perform the installation and service of residential and commercial water pumps, filtration systems, and water storage tanks. Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and plumbing components of water systems. Safely load, unload, and handle equipment and materials. Maintain a clean, organized service truck and job site. Provide excellent, polite service to our customers on-site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
License:
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required).
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and handle the physical demands of outdoor/field service work (Required).
Aptitude:
Strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.
Bonus Skills:
Any prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, well installation, or pumping systems is a major plus, but not strictly required.
Background Check:
Must be willing to undergo a standard background check.
