Water Treatment Technician-Entry Level

Adams Well Drilling & Water Treatment is looking to hire dependable, motivated individual for an entry-level Water Treatment Technician position. Responsibilities Assist with installation of water treatment systems (softeners, iron filters, etc.) Help perform service and maintenance on existing equipment Learn to diagnose system issues alongside experienced technicians Maintain tools, equipment and work vehicles Keep job sites clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers Qualifications Mechanical aptitude (comfortable using tools) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and on time Valid Driver's License Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions What We Offer and What We're Looking For On-the-job training Steady, year round work Company Services vehicles and equipment provided (shop based dispatch) Oppurtunity to grow into a lead technician role Pay increases based on performance and skill development Someone who wants to learn a trade and improve Someone who stays busy and takes initiative
