As a Sanitation Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading teams, ensuring safe and effective cleaning practices, and helping us deliver on our promise of excellence to our clients. About the
Role:
The Sanitation Team Lead leads daily sanitation operations at a client facility that runs multiple shifts, seven days a week. You'll work closely with your team before, during, and after sanitation shifts — ensuring the site is ready, safety protocols are followed, and food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach frontline employees, manage sanitation processes, oversee shift readiness, and serve as the point of contact with both client management and regulatory inspectors.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work cooperatively with members of management, team members, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure sanitation procedures are followed. Maintain open communications with all team members in the plant. Ensure all issues are being properly handled and addressed, including missing or damaged parts and equipment. Clean and sanitize equipment and workspace in a designated area of the plant. Ensure team members are in assigned work areas and are completing job tasks to QA and USDA standards. Inspect equipment to ensure all areas are clean for pre-op inspections. Handle chemicals to ensure usage is within specified limits. Monitor and provide PPE. Other duties as assigned.
