Starting Wage:

Dependent on Qualifications (DOQ)

Pay Range:

$26.27 - $34.54 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Start up, operate, and shut down wastewater treatment plant equipment Monitor processes and evaluate operational data Collect and analyze wastewater samples Inspect equipment and ensure proper operating parameters Maintain environmental and regulatory compliance Perform solids processing and incineration activities Handle chemicals safely and responsibly Maintain housekeeping standards Perform other related duties as assigned Wastewater Operator Certifications (Required): Missouri Class "D" Wastewater Operator Certification Must currently possess or obtain within 6 months of employment Missouri Class "C" Wastewater Operator Certification Must currently possess or obtain within 2 years of employment Certification must be maintained as a condition of employment
