Landfill Gas Project Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a dedicated landfill gas construction leader to support our non-routine efforts across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with gas pipeline projects, particularly landfill gas, and will act as a working supervisor for Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) projects across three landfills. This role involves hands-on work including pipe repairs, well extensions, and troubleshooting, as well as supervising a team of landfill gas technicians. Access to company vehicles and heavy equipment will be provided. Responsibilities Supervise and execute landfill gas pipeline projects, including HDPE pipe fusion and well extensions. Troubleshoot and repair oxygen leaks and other issues in the gas collection system. Lead a small team of landfill gas technicians in construction and maintenance tasks. Utilize company vehicles and heavy equipment to facilitate project completion. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Essential Skills 3-7 years of experience in landfill gas construction and operations & maintenance. Familiarity with gas pipeline projects, with a preference for landfill gas experience. Ability to lead a small team on construction projects. Proficiency in reading software, data collection, and field sampling. Mechanical aptitude and experience in construction environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the landfill gas industry is highly preferred; natural gas experience will also be considered. 40-Hour

certification is a plus. Experience operating excavators is a significant advantage. Work Environment This role involves traveling between three local sites north of Charlotte, NC, to oversee and complete various projects as they arise. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to run their own projects, with access to a take-home truck and the ability to set up weekly schedules according to project needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
