WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As a Building Maintenance Technician - Wastewater, you carefully monitor wastewater treatment operations, ensuring chemical levels are optimal and systems are functioning correctly, ready to step in manually when automation fails. You perform inspections and preventative maintenance, addressing any issues with mechanical systems, piping, valves, or controls. You handle building upkeep from lighting to HVAC, keeping the grounds safe and presentable. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - WASTEWATER?
