Sanitation Supervisor

Our client has been in business for over 40 years, providing Americans with delicious and nutritious food options. With a focus on fresh ingredients and healthful foods our client has been growing quickly to keep up with the demand for healthier options. They are looking to bring in a Sanitation Supervisor oversee the sanitization process. What you will do in this role: Leading a team of Sanitation workers, providing day to day instruction and training. Ensuring that GMPs are being followed. Enforcing safety regulations and policies. Establishing and adjusting priorities to ensure that production schedules can be met. Recommending measures to improve production operations, equipment performance and quality of product. Maintaining time and production records and completing all housekeeping reports. What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility. Experience in a Sanitation/Hygiene position. Strong people leadership experience. Strong knowledge of food industry best practices, lean manufacturing and/or other principles.
