Job Description

Lead from the Floor Step into a working-lead role where you guide our overnight sanitation crew and roll up your sleeves alongside them. As the on-shift point person, you'll set pace and standards, ensuring a spotless facility and safe, high-quality food production. A Day in the Life As the third-shift sanitation supervisor on the floor, you'll kick off the night by aligning the team on priorities and safety. You'll clean and sanitize production equipment and facility areas, coach team members in-the-moment, and verify that work meets SSOP, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Throughout the shift, you'll troubleshoot sanitation issues, operate industrial cleaning tools (power scrubbers, foamers), and drive a forklift when needed. You'll close the night with walk-throughs, chemical storage checks, and shift documentation. Your Core Responsibilities Lead and work with the third-shift sanitation team to execute daily cleaning plans. Sanitize production equipment and facility spaces to food safety standards. Train, mentor, and reinforce proper cleaning methods, chemical handling, and safety practices. Measure performance and ensure compliance with SSOP, HACCP, and GMP. Serve as the go-to resource for sanitation questions and rapid issue resolution during the shift.
Operate sanitation equipment:
power scrubbers, foamers, and forklifts. Handle and store chemicals safely and accurately. What You Bring Proven leadership and clear communication skills. Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred). Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
