Overnight Sanitation Supervisor

Sanitation Manager - Overnight Shift Seeking a Sanitation Manager to oversee the sanitation operations during the overnight shift from 11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday through Friday at our Dayton, OH facility. This role may occasionally require weekend work and will play a key role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and a safe work environment through hands-on leadership and collaboration. Responsibilities Overview Lead and develop the sanitation and production team on the overnight shift to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment Implement sanitation programs to meet food safety and regulatory requirements Manage the plant Master Sanitation Schedule Conduct inspections and collaborate with other teams to address sanitation challenges Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or food production with sanitation focus Supervisory experience and knowledge of food safety regulations Experience with continuous improvement and managing budgets Physical Requirements Take note of the physical requirements when working in our manufacturing facilities: Walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting may be required Operating in a noisy and varying temperature environment Benefits and Company Information A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth await you at our established food company in Dayton, OH.
