Job Description

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Water Treatment Plant Supervisor, this position assists in the daily operations of the Water Treatment facility & supports compliance, reporting, & seasonal operational needs. This role requires attention to detail, regulatory awareness, & dependable performance. The position will be for the working days of Wednesday- Sunday 7:30am-4:00pm
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate operational records & documentation Support preparation of required regulatory reports Assist in completion of departmental work orders Input meter readings accurately into departmental systems Perform seasonal duties including mowing municipal properties & pool maintenance Read water meters as assigned Support equipment checks & routine facility oversight Adhere to all
Personnel Policies & Procedures Skills :
Working knowledge of water treatment operations (or willingness to develop proficiency) Ability to become knowledgeable of all departmental tools & equipment within six months Ability to obtain Class I Water License (if applicable/required) Proficiency or ability to become proficient in departmental computer systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's license Reliable transportation Strong organizational & communication skills Professional demeanor when working with the public Ability to work independently without constant supervision Willingness to remain flexible & perform seasonal duties
Pay:
$17.31 - $22.00 per hour
