This position involves managing the Master Sanitation Schedule, coordinating cleaning routines, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Sanitation Supervisor Key Responsibilities :

Lead and train the sanitation team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and compliance. Oversee the Master Sanitation Schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and on time. Perform routine sanitation inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and validate cleaning effectiveness. Assist with developing and updating sanitation procedures and ensuring they meet regulatory standards. Coordinate with the QA Manager and Food Safety Director to address sanitation issues and ensure a safe production environment.

Requirements :

Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required. Detailed understanding of food industry practices and allergen management (including the Big 9 allergens). Strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety protocols.
