Since 2012, we've built a strong reputation for honest, high-quality service for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers. We offer free water testing, 24-hour emergency service, and a 5-year warranty on new installations. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Outside Salesman to join our team and help expand our customer base across Oregon.

Position Overview:

As an Outside Salesman, you will be in the field meeting with potential customers, conducting site evaluations, presenting solutions, and closing sales on pumps, irrigation systems, water treatment equipment, and ongoing service agreements. This is a commission-heavy role with high earning potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, referrals, networking, and farm/commercial visits Perform on-site assessments for well pumps, irrigation systems, and water quality issues Present and sell pumps, filtration systems, water softeners, and service contracts Build long-term relationships with residential homeowners, farmers, and commercial clients Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Proven outside sales experience (pump, plumbing, irrigation, agriculture, or water systems experience is a big plus) Self-motivated "hunter" with strong closing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and comfortably in the field Basic knowledge of water systems or a strong willingness to learn (we provide training) What We Offer Competitive base salary + generous uncapped commission structure Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health benefits
