Immediate Need | Direct Hire Sanitation Manager Food Manufacturing Day Shift Up to $100,000 Why Our Client? Actively expanding with 8+ facilities nationwide — growth means opportunity Serves leading foodservice, food manufacturing, and retail customers across America Diverse portfolio of fresh and frozen baked goods with in-house R D capabilities Culture built on employee appreciation, consistency, and unrivaled customer service The Role A senior sanitation leadership role responsible for the full sanitation program across production, storage, and distribution environments. You'll lead a team of supervisors, leads, and sanitors while driving audit readiness, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced bakery environment. What You'll Be Doing Oversee all sanitation operations including SSOPs, Master Sanitation Schedule, and GMP compliance Lead, hire, train, and develop Sanitation Supervisors, Leads, and Sanitors Ensure facility is audit-ready at all times — represent the department during regulatory, 3rd party, and customer audits Manage pest control program, IPM, and maintain sighting logs Monitor ATP swabbing results, chemical titration records, and corrective action procedures Manage the Sanitation department budget and drive cost savings initiatives Collaborate daily with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance departments What We Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year degree Minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience — required HACCP Certified and Pest Control Certified required GFSI audit experience mandatory — BRC or SQF required Experience with ATP meters, chemical titration, and weekly recordkeeping Superior communication, leadership, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Interested and qualified?
