We are looking for the best Sewer and Water Superintendent in the area to join our team to work on commercial projects around the Rapid City area. We offer immediate growth and training potential for workers dedicated to their craft. Candidates must have construction experience and be willing to travel in a 1 hour radius of Rapid City. Job Description/Duties - Sewer and Water Superintendent Able to plan/supervise work force Ability to determine man power, construction methods, material and equipment Coordinate other contractors, subcontractors and different crafts as necessary Knowledge of utilities, underground and safety Able to achieve sewer and water license as necessary Able to complete job in a timely manner and provide quality control on job Required to implement and follow Safety Handbook Perform Jobsite safety meetings and toolbox talks Ability to work long hours and weekends when necessary Effective communication, time management and leadership skills Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools Requirements/Responsibilities Must be at least 18 years of age Basic communication skills Provide personnel tools Provide daily maintenance of equipment/tools Required to follow Safety Handbook Benefits Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance and 401K with company matching RCS Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer, women, minorities, veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply; all applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
