Job Description

Pure Southern Water is a family-run company proudly serving Nashville and the surrounding areas. We offer top-of-the-line water filtration products to our community. We are growing and looking to add to our team! We are seeking a Retail Partner Sales Representative to help us achieve our growth goals by addressing customer needs within our Nashville territory. The Sales Representative's responsibilities include presenting our products and services to potential clients, identifying consumer needs, and recommending solutions tailored to those needs. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated. This position also offers significant opportunities for advancement. Must be comfortable with in-home sales.
Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential customers in Retail store, interested in Water Treatment Run leads generated in Retail store, and self generated leads Present products and services to prospective customers effectively Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions Collaborate closely with personnel in Retail Store, SF&I, and Pro Desk Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and additional services Test Customer's Water and determine the best system for their needs Collaborate with the leadership team to share best practices and support a unified sales approach Oversee relationships with retail partner locationsSkills (experience not required—we provide training!): Great interpersonal skills Familiarity with the local area/territory Computer proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Resiliency and adaptability Team-oriented mindset Highly motivated and self-driven

Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
