We are looking for 1 presentable, friendly, hard-working, candidate to join our family-owned business. Starting hourly wage dependent on current skill level. Pipe lining is an innovative technology that helps our clients avoid tunneling or excavation to replace old cast iron drain pipes or failing PVC pipes. We work 90% residential, 10% commercial. We are offering paid training to become a pipe lining foreman in a growing and recession-proof industry.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has previous plumbing experience
• Has good communication skills
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots issues related to sewer lines, drains, and plumbing fixtures using schematics and mechanical knowledge
• Is able to work outside, in the sun for 6-8 hours per day
• Is physically able to lift 50+ lbs and climb a ladder up 1-2 story homes or buildings
• Is friendly and has a positive attitude
• Has their own reliable transportation
• Has a safe driving record and valid driver's license
• Is mechanically-inclined Duties include :
• Communicating with the Project Manager
• Cleaning and lining of cast iron pipes beneath homes and buildings
• A daily commute to the job site or warehouse
• Must have own transportation (not shared with friend/spouse)
• Must be reliably on-time, and willing to work on average from 9am-5pm, working outside, on the roof, as well as inside, maintaining a clean workspace as well as being personable and presentable.
• In order to begin, you will have to undergo paid training @ $25 per hour with an experienced team in Dallas for a minimum of 2 weeks (varies depending on current/past experience). Once you are fully trained and ready to be a foreman, your starting hourly pay will increase. Job details :
• Minimal digging
• Use of mechanical equipment (including underground camera, cleaning tools, and lining equipment.)
• Cleaning of the job site upon completion.
• Using Rigid cameras or sewer scopes to create final videos This is a growing industry and a chance to be involved in a growing company where you will always have work.

We are a family-owned and operated business. We pay you weekly in CASH or Zelle , you are classified as a subcontractor if you want to carry your own insurance, otherwise you will be W2. We can organize it whichever you prefer.
