Job Description
Superintendent -
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field activities for water and wastewater treatment plant construction.
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA requirements.
Monitor quality control for concrete, mechanical piping, and underground utilities.
Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers on inspections, testing, and start-up procedures.
QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
Strong knowledge of mechanical piping systems, concrete work, and underground utilities.
Proven leadership skills managing crews and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
